This was the second vacation we v used Jiffy Jeff, they provided 3 rides for our group of 7 on each trip…and every pickup and drop off happened flawlessly! Booking was so easy and they communicated in great detail all the info about our pick up with us. The driver arrived to the airport right on time and kept in contact with us as we landed, grabbed luggage, and showed right up to the baggage claim to greet us and help us with all our luggage. The van we were picked up in was spacious and clean and the driver was kind. We will definitely use Jiffy Jeff again for our next cruise and I will be recommending them to other cruisers as well. Our flight was delayed seven hours and Jiffy Jeff still picked up 14 people at 3 AM with two of the children proceeding  to be sick in the van.  We were a mess and they were wonderful and professional, and came back the next morning and transported us to the cruise port.

Our driver, Christian, was professional, punctual, and kept in communication with us every step of the way.

There was never any waiting; he was always ready when we arrived, and every ride was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.

What really stood out was Christian’s exceptional customer service. On June 21, while taking us to the airport, he graciously stopped at YotelPad so we could retrieve an item that someone in our group had accidentally left behind before our cruise. The item had sentimental value to the family member, and we truly appreciated his kindness, flexibility, and willingness to help.
